Head of the Project/Analyst

Małgorzata Druciarek – Head of Gender Equality Observatory and analyst at the Institute of Public Affairs. She holds MA in sociology and has been working in the field of gender equality since 2011. 

She has extensive experience in carrying out research, both qualitative and quantitative, and analysis on equal treatment of men and women in different areas of social life and evaluation of public policies. She is an author of numerous articles and reports on g.e. women’s politicial participation, reconciliation of work and family life, women’s participation in decision-making process, gender-based violence. Druciarek’s field of expertise includes also labour market and social policy. Her aim is to combine her gender equality background with the new areas of research and policy-making. 

 

She is comfortable with working in following languages: Polish, English, Spanish.
